Start with three priorities
Choose no more than three outcomes that would make the week feel complete. Put fixed appointments on the calendar first, then give each priority a workable time slot. Keep smaller tasks on a separate list so they do not hide the important work.
Make habits small enough to repeat
Write a habit as an action you can recognise: ‘walk for ten minutes after lunch’ is clearer than ‘be healthier’. Mark the days you do it and review the pattern without treating a missed day as failure. If the week changes, move the habit to a more realistic time.
Check the money before the week ends
Add expected bills and planned purchases to a simple monthly budget, then compare them with what you actually spent. A category that repeatedly runs over budget is a prompt to adjust the next plan, not a reason to abandon it. Agenda Femenina brings the Week, Habits and Finance sections into one offline file, with notes and a printable export. The free demo lets you test the flow with sample data.
